ANTI-TERRORISM

Australia has enacted a number of new anti-terrorism laws, since the terrorist attacks in America on 9-11 and the more recent attacks in London. The federal government's legal response to September 11 was introduced into parliament in March 2002 in two groups of legislation. The first contained several new bills, the most important of which was the Security Legislation Amendment (Terrorism) Bill 2002. It sought to introduce a definition of “terrorist act” into federal law. Under section 90.1, a “terrorist act” was an act or threat done “with the intention of advancing a political, religious or ideological cause” that:

(a) involves serious harm to a person;

(b) involves serious damage to property; (c) endangers a person's life, other than the life of the person taking the action; (d) creates a serious risk to the health or safety of the public or a section of the public; or (e) seriously interferes with, seriously disrupts, or destroys, an electronic system.

Prime Minister John Howard and Attorney General Philip Ruddock say the war on terrorism has made the development of legislative measures imperative to protect the nation from a threat that could, as the London bombings showed, be even grown at home.

Implant Sciences, incorporated in 1984, is using its technology to develop, manufacture and market products for the homeland security, under the Quantum SnifferTM brand name.  We at JCF are raising funds to purchase the quantum portable explosives sniffers to be installed on Australian cities main tram and train stations.

Quantum Sniffer Technology

The Quantum Sniffer employs a novel technology for the detection of explosives vapors that is more sensitive than existing detection devices. The advanced technique detects the presence of parts per trillion (ppt) of explosives molecules, without physical contact and in real time.

Our primary aim as a ministry is to address human needs of Australians,  assisting those in poverty and other adversity. We believe helping to purchase these Quantum sniffers are not far-fetched goals but are urgent, also using the Cutlass EOD robot to defend Australia against the material attack of the master terrorist, Satan, himself who is now just working via Al Qaeda. Satan is still the biggest terrorist of all.  These terrorists acts of war are just a pre-cursor to the biblical Armageddon.  Please make a donation today to help protect our Nation.    We must act now, Australia is being swamped and infiltrated by anti-Christ terrorists.  In addition to our regular charity work,  we hope to raise funds to buy the CUTLASS Explosives Ordinance Disposal (EOD) remote-controlled robot for Australian major cities to counter growing anti-Christ terrorists bombs in Australia.

Northrop Grumman Corporation announced that its Remotec UK Ltd. subsidiary has been appointed prime contractor for Phase II of the Ministry of Defence (MoD) CUTLASS robotics programme. The CUTLASS programme will provide the next generation of unmanned ground vehicle for explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) to be used by the MoD for anti-terrorism operations worldwide. The bulk of deliveries will take place in 2010.

The CUTLASS system offers the latest technology in a modular design, enabling the user to deploy the widest range of solutions to disarm vehicle-borne and improvised explosive devices.
"We are delighted to have been awarded the CUTLASS production contract after our strong performance in the demanding competitive Advanced Demonstrator phase of the project. CUTLASS will provide the MoD with a step change in capability via a robot that is capable of adapting to new innovations in the world of bomb disposal," said Wendy McGowan, managing director of Remotec UK, Ltd.

The CUTLASS robotic system has a highly versatile design making it capable of accommodating a wide range of payloads, sensors and tools. The manipulator arm is equipped with a state of the art gripper and has nine degrees of freedom for greater movement and agility inside limited spaces. The robot can creep along at deliberately slow speeds for delicate operations and can accelerate to high speeds for rapid travel. The six-wheeled design offers mobility on all types of hard and soft terrain and in all weather conditions.The CUTLASS robotic system has a highly versatile design making it capable of accommodating a wide range of payloads, sensors and tools.
